How it works....

Attend the information/scheduling meeting - pay the OTBL entry fee. (See Pricing Below) Schedule your games with each of the teams in your division on the day, time and location that you prefer. (League games must be complete by February 17, 2012. You now have the flexibility to add other leagues and tournaments as you wish! Play the games and submit the OTBL scores to onturfsports@gmail.com.

League Locations

Teams will schedule games with each other at their desired gym and get their own referees.* Teams interested in hosting weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday) for teams will submit their location to OnTurf Sports 2 weeks prior to the scheduling meeting with the available dates to host.** *=If a team is hosting one team, the teams shall split the cost of the referees. **=If a team is hosting a full day of games for league teams, the host team may sell concessions, charge a $2 gate fee for each spectator 14 years of age and older, and keep the money from both activities. The host team will secure, schedule, and pay referees and any facility fees. Experienced adult referees are preferred.

League Details

The number of league games will be determined by the teams in each division at the scheduling meeting. Teams may play more games than are required for the league. Only the agreed upon number of league games will be recorded on the website. Teams will submit their league scores to onturfsports@gmail.com. A minimum number of games will be established to be the league champion. The OTBL establishes the per referee pay to be $20 per game. Otherwise the teams must agree to a different rate before they arrive to play a game or games.

Game Details

20 minute running clock. Clock needs to be stopped the last 2 minutes of each half. Each team provides one knowledgeable person to either run the clock or keep the book. Each team will have 2 full time outs per half. More details can be found in the rules per each grade

Note:

1. League fees are due on or before September 17, 2011. Please make checks payable to "OnTurf Sports, LLC". An additional processing fee of $25 will be added after the due date.
2. League entry includes league administration, website score and standing postings, and awards for first place in each division.
3. League Year End Tournament fee applies to teams participating in the OTBL and is optional for teams. Entry fee must be paid by deadline stated above to receive the discount. A $50 tournament cancellation fee applies. Teams not in the OTBL will pay the regular entry fee of $250 for the tournament. Tournament location to be determined.
4. Event Waiver and Consent Form For EACH Player AND a signed team waiver form are required to participate in the OTBL.
