We will evaluate your situation at no cost to the group and make several recommendations so that you can decide how you would like to proceed.

With over 35 years of experience, our staff has the knowledge to arrange and operate a well run event for participants and their families including food, parking, the facilities, and the officials as needed. We will be appearing in a variety of locations. If you would like to have a creative fundraiser or are looking to host an event for your enjoyment, we can help you create, plan, and operate a specific league, tournament, or activity for nearly any event.

Getting Started with OnTurf Sports

Overview of services:

OnTurf customizes each event to fit your needs. OnTurf fees are determined up front and in most cases your organization will pay nothing in advance of the event.

Event and Activity Consultation:

• Youth and/or Adults
• Single or Multiple Activities
• One, Two or Three Day Events
• Tournaments, Leagues, Gatherings

Event Organizer

• Meet and Plan Event or Activity with your Group
• Determine Day or Days of Activity
• Establish Work Assignments (if required)
• Contact and Signup Individuals and/or Teams
• Collect and Process Entry Fees

Event Director

• ALL items listed from the Organizer PLUS
• Oversee Game Play or Activity
• Schedule and Manage Umpires or Referees (if needed)
• Monitor Weather Situation - Safety and Schedule Adjustments
• Operate or Handle the Concession area, Collect Gate Fees (if desired),Parking, Cleanup, etc.
