A: OnTurf Sports brings a vast range of experience to your event to maximaize the benefits that you can experience. Our preparation can allow your time commitment to the event to be reduced or even eliminated. View what others have said.

Q: How much money could we raise from an event?
A: The amount of money that can be raised from an event will vary with the size, scheduling, and type of activity selected. A conservative estimate of the potential event profits will be generated so that your group has an idea of what can be achieved.

The Andrew's Lion's Club, Andrews, Indiana, raised $1400 in concessions during our 2008 12u-13u two day baseball tournament. The money is being utilized by the Lion's Club to better improve the facilities for the community. Contact us to get an estimate for your project.

Q: How do we determine if our facility is adequate to run the event?
A: OnTurf Sports LLC will guide you through the decision to use your facility or utilize a nearby facility for your event. Depending on the size and type of event, OnTurf Sports can secure multiple locations to run all of the activities.

Q: What is the fee for the OnTurf Sports services?
A: Fees are determined by the level of involvement of OnTurf Sports LLC and the size or complexity of the event. The fees are established prior to the event so that your organization knows exactly what expenses to expect. The event may be organized in a manner that your organization does not directly pay for the services of OnTurf Sports LLC.

Q: How long does it take to plan for an event?
A: We recommend at least a minimum of 2 months for a simple event. More time will be required considering the following variables:

How many organizations, facilities, and individuals does this involve?
How many people do we want to draw?
How will we advertise?
Is pre-registration required?
Do we need approval from a third party (government, organization, facility, etc.)?

Q: What happens if the weather causes the event to be cancelled?
A: The decision to cancel the event will be made jointly by your organization and OnTurf Sports LLC. Every effort to reasonably complete your event will be made. In the situation that the event is cancelled, your organization has the option to reschedule the event if possible or cancel it completely. Your organization will only be responsible for the expenses associated with the tasks completed by OnTurf Sports LLC.
