OnTurf Sports LLC was established to bring sports and recreation events to you! We will be hosting activities for adults and children to help your local community organizations and groups raise money for their needs.

Does your organization need money? Having problems raising money?

Host an event to bring people together for your cause. We can help you create, plan, bring in participants, and operate a set of activities, a specific league, and one or multiple day tournaments.

OnTurf Sports will use our expertise to bring families together to make our community's organizations stronger.

Overview of services:

OnTurf customizes each event to fit your needs. OnTurf fees are determined up front and in most cases your organization will pay nothing in advance of the event.

Event and Activity Consultation:

• Youth and/or Adults
• Single or Multiple Activities
• One, Two or Three Day Events
• Tournaments, Leagues, Gatherings

Event Organizer

• Meet and Plan Event or Activity with your Group
• Determine Day or Days of Activity
• Establish Work Assignments (if required)
• Contact and Signup Individuals and/or Teams
• Collect and Process Entry Fees

Event Director

• ALL items listed from the Organizer PLUS
• Oversee Game Play or Activity
• Schedule and Manage Umpires or Referees (if needed)
• Monitor Weather Situation - Safety and Schedule Adjustments
• Operate or Handle the Concession area, Collect Gate Fees (if desired),Parking, Cleanup, etc.
